Shipping
- Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.
- Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing times may be longer during sales or high-volume periods. - Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 3–13 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control. - Free Shipping
All orders include free standard shipping — no minimums, no hidden fees. - Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. - Risk of Loss
Once your order is delivered to the address you provide at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to you. Please double-check your shipping address when ordering, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. - Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Claims filed after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Returns
- Return Window
You may return eligible products within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. - Condition of Product
All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags, seals, and packaging intact.- Opened items require proof of product malfunction (photos, videos, or a written explanation).
- Exclusions
- For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate items cannot be returned if opened or used, unless defective.
- Clearance and final sale items are non-returnable.
- Return Process
To start a return, email us at info@fifion.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. - Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of delivery.
Refunds
- Refund Amount
Refunds cover only the cost of returned product(s). Shipping is free on all orders, but it is non-refundable. - Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.- Approved refunds will be issued as store credit for the product purchase price (excluding shipping).
- Store credit will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
