Shipping & Returns Policy

At Fifion, we want you to shop with confidence. This page explains everything you need to know about our shipping, returns, and refund process. Please review carefully before placing your order.


Shipping

  • Where We Ship
    We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.
    • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.
  • Processing Times
    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing times may be longer during sales or high-volume periods.
  • Delivery Times
    Standard delivery typically takes 3–13 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.
  • Free Shipping
    All orders include free standard shipping — no minimums, no hidden fees.
  • Order Tracking
    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
  • Risk of Loss
    Once your order is delivered to the address you provide at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to you. Please double-check your shipping address when ordering, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages
    If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Claims filed after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Returns

  • Return Window
    You may return eligible products within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
  • Condition of Product
    All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags, seals, and packaging intact.
    • Opened items require proof of product malfunction (photos, videos, or a written explanation).
  • Exclusions
    • For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate items cannot be returned if opened or used, unless defective.
    • Clearance and final sale items are non-returnable.
  • Return Process
    To start a return, email us at info@fifion.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
  • Return Shipping Costs
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of delivery.

Refunds

  • Refund Amount
    Refunds cover only the cost of returned product(s). Shipping is free on all orders, but it is non-refundable.
  • Processing Time
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
    • Approved refunds will be issued as store credit for the product purchase price (excluding shipping).
    • Store credit will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
