6. Shipping

We ship to the locations specified on our Shipping Policy page. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier.

7. Returns

Return Window: You may return products within 14 days after the date you receive the product. Returns requested after this 14-day window will not be accepted.
Condition of Product: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact. All open returns require proof of product malfunction (e.g., photos, videos, or written description).
Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at info@fifion.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Refunds

Refund Amount: Refunds will include only the cost of the product(s) returned. Shipping and handling charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original method of payment.
Once approved, store credit will be issued for the original purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).

9. Exclusions

Due to hygiene reasons, intimate items cannot be returned if opened or used unless due to product malfunction.
Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.
